Cilantro Lime Dressing

Cilantro Lime Dressing

This cilantro lime dressing is packed full of flavor! When you use strong flavored ingredients, it doesn’t take a lot of other ingredients to create a fantastic recipe. Today, the star is cilantro and we want to make sure it shines! So we use lime juice to add a nice acidity, and a few other ingredients to make it rich and delicious!

This is also a great dressing to marinate chicken in. Just add it to raw chicken and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. Grill the chicken, chop it up and use it in taco salad, or burrito bowls. Your family will be begging for more!
