Ingredients

cups
oats
⅓
cup
liquid sweetener
agave, honey, pure maple syrup

Tbsp.
cocoa powder
2
eggs
or flax eggs
2
bananas
3
Tbsp.
natural nut butter
I use peanut butter
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
dash of salt
½
cup
chocolate chips
or another add in of your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender, add oats and grind into a flour.
Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the chocolate chips), and blend.
Next, add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Pour into a greased 8X8 baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 45 minutes, then cut into 6-8 bars.
Wrap individually in plastic wrap, and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
***This is a thick batter. If yours is too thick, add a few tablespoons of milk and mix in.
