Ingredients
6
cups
rolled oats
2
cups
natural nut or seed butter
any kind
1
cup
pure maple syrup
or other liquid sweetener
1/2
cup
melted butter or coconut oil
applesauce works too!
2
eggs
or 2 Tb flaxseed meal and 1/4 cup warm water
1
tsp.
cinnamon
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
1
cup
chocolate chips
or other add-ins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and press into a greased 9X13 baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars,
Wrap individually in plastic wrap, and store bars in the fridge for up to 1 week.
*These freeze very well for up to 2 months.
