Instructions
Place both frozen chicken and water in the Instant Pot.
Put the lid on and make sure your valve is on SEALING.
Press the Manual button and set the timer to 20 minutes.
When timer goes off, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure. If you need to do a quick release, wait at least 10 minutes from when the timer goes off.
