Very Best Vegan Burger Patties

cooked brown rice
any kind of rice will work
cooked sweet potato
drained and rinsed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated, this takes a good minute or two.
Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, scoop mixture into cup, then use a spatula to pour the mixture onto your baking sheet. You should be able to fit 6-7 burger patties.
Once all your patties are on the baking sheet, wet your hands with water and form the batter into patties. Keep wetting your hands, so the mixture doesn't stick to you.
Sprinkle a bit of salt on top of each patty, then put in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
***Extra step that is not required. Once the patties cool, I like to toast them in the toaster a few times to get both sides of the patties crunchy. The texture is amazing!
