frozen cherries
or any kind of frozen fruit

Tbsp.
corn starch or arrowroot powder
2
cups
old fashioned oats
3/4
cup
pure maple syrup
1/2
cup
water
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp.
baking powder
dash of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour frozen fruit into an 8X8 or 9X9 baking dish.
Sprinkle corn starch over the cherries and mix together with your hands.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the frozen cherries.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until edges are crispy brown. Enjoy with some ice cream or yogurt.
