Oat flour brownies are fudgy and delicious as long as you don't over bake them. Oat flour absorbs liquid quickly, and can dry out quickly, so make sure you watch your timer closely. You will have the most chocolaty and healthy dessert!
In a high speed blender, grind old-fashioned oats into a fine flour. Pour into a mixing bowl.
Into the mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, not including the chocolate chips or nuts.
Once you've whisked all the ingredients together, stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into an 8X8 or 9X9 baking dish. I use a silicone baking dish, that way I don't have to grease anything and they come out perfectly every time.***If you do not have a silicone baking dish, I highly recommend you get one, or you can use a parchment lined glass dish.
Bake for 15-18 minutes. You want the center to be slightly under cooked. If you over cook the brownies, they will be dry and crumbly.
Allow the brownies to cool before slicing. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
