zucchini, diced

container cashew cream cheese

corn starch
salt and pepper to taste

box of pasta
cooked per package instructions
Instructions
Make sausage and saute on the stove. Add zucchini and lightly brown.
While zucchini is cooking, make the sauce by adding the broth, cream cheese, thyme, and cornstarch to a blender.
Pour the sauce in the large pot with the sausage and zucchini.
After the sauce thickens (takes about 5 minutes) add the chopped tomato and cooked pasta.
