Blend for 1 minute to allow the eggs to build some air into the batter to create air bubbles, so let it whip for a bit.
Next, drop spoonfuls of batter on top of your chicken soup until all the batter has been used, add a sprinkle of dried parsley on top of the dumplings (optional).
Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, then cover your soup and cook dumplings for an additional 10 minutes.
