Flavor Packed Sauteed Broccoli

Ingredients
4
heads
broccoli
about 8 cups worth of broccoli florets
1/4
cup
coconut aminos or soy sauce
2
Tbsp.
coconut sugar
or brown sugar
1
garlic clove
chopped (or garlic powder works too)
1
Tbsp.
tapioca starch
or corn starch works too
Instructions
In a saute pan, steam broccoli florets with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
While that's steaming, mix the rest of the ingredients together.
After 10 minutes, drain water off the broccoli, then add sauce ingredients.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, for sauce to thicken and broccoli to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
Stir well to combine, and serve!
