bell pepper

zucchini or yellow squash
chopped (optional)

diced tomatoes
1/4
cup
coconut aminos

Tbsp.
tomato paste

Tbsp.
apple cider vinegar

tsp.
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until brown. Drain any fat if you need to.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium low for 10-15 minutes.
Serve on top of a baked potato or sweet potato.
