Ingredients

frozen
salmon fillets

brown rice
uncooked

Instructions
Turn the instant pot to SAUTE, and add the olive oil and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
After the onion has started to brown a bit, turn off the instant pot. Then, add the brown rice, and stir to combine.
Place frozen salmon fillets on top of the brown rice.
Pour the water over the top of the brown rice, then season the tops of the salmon fillets with lemon pepper.
Secure the lid, make sure the valve is on "sealing," then set the instant pot to MANUAL for 20 minutes on high.
Once the timer goes off, let the instant pot rest for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Using a fork, break apart the salmon fillets into chunks, add frozen peas, then cover for 5 minutes.
Now it's time to mix it all together and serve!
Optional: drizzle a little soy sauce or coconut aminos on top for some added flavor.
