Ingredients

cups
apple juice
1
apple (any kind)
peeled and diced
1/2
cup
honey or pure maple syrup
4
Tbsp.
corn starch
tapioca or arrowroot starch would work too
1
tsp.
cinnamon
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, on medium heat, bring 3 cups of apple juice and the diced apple to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
While that is boiling, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of apple juice with the corn starch, set aside.
After the apple mixture is done boiling, set the burner to medium-low and whisk in the corn starch mixture.
When the juice starts to thicken, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together until the sauce is nice and syrup like.
Ladle syrup onto pancakes.
