Oatmeal muffins are one of the best high fiber snacks we can give our kids. We can pack all sorts of added nutrients to them to make them even more beneficial for our kiddos.
I have several muffin recipes on my website. Many are vegan, or can easily be made vegan. Also, our oatmeal chocolate cake is a family favorite that we enjoy at any and all birthdays and holidays. I will attach that recipe at the bottom.
