Best Baked Oatmeal

This recipe for the best baked oatmeal is seriously delicious! If you are tired of boring old stove top pushy oatmeal, then you are going to go crazy for this simple baked oatmeal recipe! Oats are one of the cheapest and healthiest foods you can eat. It’s on my list for cheap healthy essentials for sure! Just like rice, oats double in size, and that means I get more bang for my buck when baking/cooking with them.

Often times, I will mix together the dry ingredients the night before, then in the morning I just add the wet ingredients and pop it into the oven! My kids love this recipe so much because each time we make it, they get to add different “add ins” to it, or we make it plain, and they can customize their own bowl with various toppings!

I highly suggest doubling the recipe to feed a large group, because for my family of 6, we can easily eat a whole pan at just 1 meal if it’s all we’re eating. So customize this recipe however you’d like, but for today I will give you the basic recipe we use. Enjoy!
